I wish I could be writing a very different review right now, as our initial experience with the dealership was great, but when there was an issue that I tried to call about the next day, I have been entire now, as our initial experience with the dealership was great, but when there was an issue that I tried to call about the next day, I have been entirely unable to speak with anyone. I have called AT LEAST 20 times in the last two weeks attempting to speak with anyone at the dealership and one of three things happen, they assure me someone will call me back - which I have never received a single call back, they forward me to a manager voicemail that is full and unable to leave a message so I am disconnected, or they place me on hold so long my call is dropped. We spent tens of thousands of dollars on a car and they don’t even have 5 minutes to speak with me concerning an issue with the car. So disappointing, would not recommend this dealership at all if you are looking for any sort of support and certainly have no faith in taking my car there for future service needs either. More

Went in for an oil change and my 8K mileage service check. The oil reset wasn't done, so every time I start the car it gives a message that I am overdue. I was told that the service would take about check. The oil reset wasn't done, so every time I start the car it gives a message that I am overdue. I was told that the service would take about an hour, I took about an hour and 45 min. My Kia app states my next service will be another 8K miles, but the oil sticker on the windshield states a lot sooner, so not sure which to follow. More
