Mr. Mnassa, Thank you for the response. The issues that I had with the car after the purchase were frustrating as I did not plan on having to spend $1200 within 3 weeks of purchasing the car. However, I knew I was purchasing a used car and that came with risks. I am mostly disappointed with the service contract cancellation that was said to happen and 2 months later it still has not happened. I literally had to go directly to the warranty company who stated they sent something to you guys yesterday regarding the contract. To this day, I still say I should have walked away when I first walked out the door and kept my 2021 Chevy LTZ, but that’s a decision I have to live with. At this point any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated, but I personally do not wish to step inside your establishment again.
