The problem was it was over a month to get a small part in that I was never notified that it even came in at all. It took repeated calls on my own just to find out what was going on! The dealership is clean and the people are very friendly. The wait there isn't long for service The wait there isn't long for service More
Excellent service both in quality of work and the shortness of time. Definitely will come back. Did not get my oil changed due to price $130 vs $40 down the road. shortness of time. Definitely will come back. Did not get my oil changed due to price $130 vs $40 down the road. More

Usually if I have a bad experience I leave immediately but I already knew what I wanted when I got there and it wasn't until after I agreed to the deal I experienced what set this dealership much lower than others in my past. I put a deposit on my vehicle and decided to return at a later date since it was getting close to closing time and we were in the process of purchasing a vehicle for my husband already. I came back at the day and time I told the dealership I would return. I sat and waited for over 75 minutes. I was offered a water and nothing else as I waited, normally a business would give you a place in line or some sort of a check in but I did not My sales person was busy with some other clients and offered to set up my vehicle, he was very polite but busy so I began to set up my technology while waiting for him to return. When he returned he assured me that the dealership would be making very little profit of my deal as he previously told me they were barely breaking even. All of this was irrelevant to the fact that I was still unsure of several questions I did not have an opportunity to ask. As I was directed to the finance office the couple before me walked out after being helped for a considerable amount of time. My finance person did not introduce to himself but he did begin to tell me that I was last because others before me made an appointment and he heard that I was complaining about my wait. I apologized and let him know I thought that I made an appointment when I informed my sales rep when I would return while making the deposit on the vehicle. I also let him know I did not complain at all and that I waited very patiently for my turn. The gentleman told me "of course, the customer is always right so you are correct". My fiance rep also said he was supposed to get off early but at to stay late for me and that he was supposed to pick up crap for his kids for dinner. As I toggled through the questions he was checking the time of when the food place would close and seemed super annoyed if I skipped a signature or took too long to scroll. I was not offered any additional information and at the end he said do we have your email? I said I believe so and as I went to verify that it was correct he cut me off and said okay you will be emailed everything. I asked if I am leaving with any paper work or flashdrive (as I previously have experience of receiving) he said "no that is what you'll be emailed". He walked out the door and asked if I had my keys and I told him yes and he said okay. I did not receive a handshake or any sort of have a nice day. Very odd, cold experience. I have never felt more like an inconvenience when making a purchase. I also have not received any emails and was never told when my monthly due date is. Probably was part of the forms I filled out while he was placing a togo order. More
Highly unprofessional staff whom completely lack communication or follow through. They seem to intentionally drag out expectations in order to avoid having to give customers rental cars. When you fi communication or follow through. They seem to intentionally drag out expectations in order to avoid having to give customers rental cars. When you finally can speak to someone, they seem like you’re bothering them and like it’s a chore to find out the status of your vehicle. I’ve been promised call backs five times in the last week, waiting for my car. Of which, one of them should have been to qualify whether or not I could get a rental covered by warranty. Not a single call has been made to me. They even have a texting service that no one responds to. Not only will I never purchase a vehicle with any associated dealership again, I’ll actively dissuade anyone I know from making a purchase as well. More
