Avoid Greenway Kia at any cost, all locations. They have botched two different oil changes. On one oil change, the filter was not properly tightened, and oil leaked out in the driveway. On another They have botched two different oil changes. On one oil change, the filter was not properly tightened, and oil leaked out in the driveway. On another oil change, they did not put in enough oil and the low oil light came on. I had to add oil to fill it properly. The final straw is there is an issue with the vehicle that has been addressed by the dealer four times. It’s a known problem, well documented in Kia forums and on Reddit. They have provided four different “solutions” none of which worked, and they refused to correct an issue with a vehicle that is still under warranty. Their demeanor, especially the Service Manager at Kia Greenway East whose name is not really Gina, has been frigid, dismissive, and condescending from the beginning. There are additional details I am not including but they relate to dealing with the Customer Experience Team who have been helpful but have no sway over correcting the issue. I am currently in the process of contacting Kia Corporate and writing a detailed complaint letter. More

ON MY LAST VISIT FEB 14TH FOR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION THEY FORGOT TO TOP THE FLUIDS ON MY CAR AND APPLY STICKER TO OIL CHANGE DID THEY ACTUALLY PERFORM WHAT I PAID FOR?
