I only went to them this time because I had to due to a specialty bulb replacement. The new Service Advisor, Fin, was good, but my previous 2 visits were not at all satisfactory. Additionally, this facility now charges 3% for using a credit card; fortunately I had enough cash with me when I saw the sign at the cashier desk. (When you book an appointment online, nothing about this is indicated.) The last time I was there they would not accept cash. (I do not use a debit card because if compromised the thief would have direct access to my bank account.) And they rob you of $4.99 for a "record storage fee" at every visit. I have dealt with this facility since 2008 and they used to be great! But now I use my local mechanic whenever possible. More

I expected more services provided, but whatever they did, the car was happy afterwards. The radio recall worked fine. The tire rotation is something that you trust they did, bcause there’s no way to check if the car was happy afterwards. The radio recall worked fine.
