I'm leaving two stars because I am assuming that my oil change and tire rotation were at least performed correctly. Considering this was at a dealership service department, where you pay a premium to m change and tire rotation were at least performed correctly. Considering this was at a dealership service department, where you pay a premium to make sure everything is done properly by certified professionals, the treatment by this team was anything but professional. I scheduled an appointment for 8am so that things could be taken care of and was greeted with the message that "actually, appointments just mean we'll talk to you today. You're still in the queue like any other random" That's idiotic. The appointment should secure a spot. it's why you reserve a time. I was there for almost 3 hours. I was informed of a complimentary car wash and vacuum. I wasn't expecting this, but my car needed a wash anyway, so go ahead guys, do your worst. Oh you literally did your worst. Not only was there literally dirt smeared on my car in what can only be described as the laziest attempt at claiming a car wash ever, the clown who performed this service only put tire shine on one side of the car. The interior was never vacuumed. When this was pointed out, the sales associate started groveling and fast-talking to try and cover up the obvious embarrassment by noting "well, it is just a complimentary wipe-down and vacuum." He stopped talking when he opened the door and saw the pile of debris on the driver's side floor mat. After the crew re-washed the car and resolved the issues, this sales associate (Dustin btw) rushed me out as if I was the burden. Yea, that one's on me bro. I get that the wash is "complimentary" but when the oil change and tire rotation services on the Hyundai runs up a tab of $160, is it really? Icing on the cake? They charge a 3% transaction fee for credit card swipes. I guess car dealerships are really feeling the effects of this economy. What an insulting experience. More
