Quick easy process. Sam already had the vehicle parked up front for me when I got there. Test drive was quick and covered everything I needed. I was already approved by Sam already had the vehicle parked up front for me when I got there. Test drive was quick and covered everything I needed. I was already approved by USAA but Sam got me approved through Kia financing with a better rate than USAA. Overall a great process and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend them. More

Things would be better if there were better communication and integration between the sales and service departments and internal team. My service representative Fin was welcoming and professional. He took the time to explain everything that would be done with the car, especially with the recall.
