Buenas tardes; Agradezco que se haya tomado el tiempo en responderme. Lamento haber tenido que poner al descubierto mi lamentable situación. También me puso muy incómodo que un Gerente me dijera que sacara otro vehículo y que el afectado lo dejara en el dealer. Viendo que tengo tremendo problema con un mal vehículo que el mismo me vendió, quería que yo dañará mi crédito comprando otro vehículo. Me dijo: Eso todo el mundo lo hace y en 7 años se te arregla el crédito, si total el carro que tienes aunque lo arregles aquí te seguirá dando problemas. Wwaooo eso para mí fue muy triste, porque yo he perdido días de trabajo porque el carro no me ha funcionó correctamente. También arreglando mi vehículo en la garantía, los mecánico que trabajaron en carro le dieron tremendo rayado en la parte de al frente. Agradecería que me pintaran esa área del vehículo. El Sr Joshua sabe del asunto. De lo único que no me puedo quejar es del profesionalismo del Sr Joshua Fernández. Ustedes necesitan para personas como él y su compromiso con el cliente y para su empresa.
