I made an appointment to take care of a recall, took the day off and waited an hour and a half because I was told it was going to be completed only to find out that they did not have the part and would have day off and waited an hour and a half because I was told it was going to be completed only to find out that they did not have the part and would have to come in again at a later time which I wasn’t happy about. When I did come in a wonderful service advisor by the name of Mathew did make up for the trouble by getting me in and out very quickly which I’m happy about. More
