I took my car in for a recall, oil change, and brakes. The team did a great job; the car rides smoothly and, more importantly, stops smoothly. The floors, doors, and back of the SUV are always grimy, so I always have to take my car to the wash after a service job. I don't expect them to wash their hands like it's a restaurant, but at least wipe down where you touch. Other than that, they do a very good job. More

Told online rep what cars I was wanting to look at along with stock numbers. They said they would have them ready when I arrived, drove over an hour which they knew how far I was coming from and they had ne with stock numbers. After we walked out another rep came to our car said give him a chance to find the car at a sister dealership. They found one an hour away. We agreed on price as long as the car was what we wanted. We left to give them time to get car and left a 500$ refundable deposit and was told they would have everything done and ready when we came back. When we came back my wife asked to see paperwork where we had agreed on a price and discovered the paperwork had been reprinted and the agreed upon number had increased by over 2k. When it was brought to their attention they changed it back. We then sat another 2 hours waiting for paperwork to be done. When we finally got to the financial person my wife asked to see the number again to make sure it hadn’t changed, he told her we would get to it, we took that as being very rude and once again my wife asked to see the numbers. he did finally hand her the papers. I got the car I wanted however we felt the dealership was being underhanded and we felt they would have started the paperwork, which wasn’t the case. Also, they ran our credit twice, the dealership did a hard inquiry and then Kia did. We ended up pretty much closing the dealership that night. More
