Our new car had under 100 miles when we started noticing problems with shutting the doors. Jennifer responded in an immediate and proactive manner and did what she could to resolve the issue. Got their at 11am for oil change. ..was told I didn't have one because it was already do e 08/19/25... I didn't purchase car till Oct 2025.
