The only issue i had this time was the technician that did the recall on the radio never told anyone it didn't work and when my granddaughter picked up her car know one showed her anything. We then had to bring the car back next day and then the system wasn't working to finish the radio, now I have to bring back on Monday to see if it can be finished. This is my second service on a brand new Kia purchased at another Kia dealership. The pre-paid service plan has been difficult to navigate. Greenway did help me with this after I challenged their initial ass another Kia dealership. The pre-paid service plan has been difficult to navigate. Additionally, I feel like since I’m not paying outright for services, they’ve skipped over doing anything extra with a service. After purchasing $55,000+ car, I would’ve expected at a minimum a quick vacuum. This hasn’t been done on either of my services. Other than these points, the dealership is fine. Perhaps if you purchase a vehicle directly from them, they may offer some of these complimentary services on your car. More
