WE HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW VEHICLE AT 6-7 OTHER DEALERSHIPS FOR A FEW WEEKS AND STARTED LOSING INTEREST, REALLY NOT ENJOYING THE SEARCH AT ALL THE SALES PEOPLE JUST DIDN'T SEEM TO BE INTO THIER JOB DEALERSHIPS FOR A FEW WEEKS AND STARTED LOSING INTEREST, REALLY NOT ENJOYING THE SEARCH AT ALL THE SALES PEOPLE JUST DIDN'T SEEM TO BE INTO THIER JOB AT ALL, MANY I DON'T KNOWS & I'M NOT SURES FROM THEM, ANYWAY WE STOPPED IN AT ORLANDO KIA NORTH AND WERE VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MET WITH A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND LIKEABLE SALES CONSULTANT AS LEVAN IRVIN, WHO WAS VERY THOROUGH MAKING SURE WE GOT ALL THE INFO. WE NEEDED TO MAKE A DECISION WE WOULD NOT REGRET, ON THE VEHICLE THE PRICING AND FINANCING. As a military retired person we believe in the "1 Team; 1 Fight" concept! To our benefit Mr Joe Cabrera exemplified the 3rd Secret of the book mentioned above..."Deliver PLUS 1" That said, the only reason we made the choice to buy was the by product of Mr Cabrera's very high level of excellence, combine with what is public knowledge (a concept totally ignored by those other Kia dealers we previously visited) that the customer is always right! I was shopping many dealerships online and Barbara was the 1st one to respond to my questions. She took the time to answer all my questions and when she did not have an answer to one of my questions she s the 1st one to respond to my questions. I was not expecting a call back since that is what I hade experienced with other dealerships online but she called me back in less than an hour. I was more than impressed. My wife and I are in the middle of purchasing a home so we are just at the research stage but at this point our research is done. We will be returning to this dealership to buy before the end of the year because of Barbara. This is an A+ dealership with A+ customer service. I had a Kia Sportage that was 4 years old with over 89,000 miles. This vehicle was cosigned by a friend of mine and I felt like it was time to purchase a vehicle on my own. Because I had purchased my son-in-law a Honda in Jan of this year, I was turned down my many lenders due to my credit score being not what it was because of debt. I was so impressed how Kia gave me "straight" talk about where I was and what exactly they could do. They got me approved for a beautiful 2011 Kia Sportage and even though the payment is not where I want it to be, they got it to a amount I am satisfied with and could afford. Not only was the representive Jeff that we dealt with very accomadating as mom could not afford the orginal car. Jeff went above and beyond to get mom a car she liked and could afford. The finacne guy sorry dont have his name handy also made us at ease when doing the financial side of it I would highly recommend this dealer and I am hoping in Feb. (after income tax time)I may be looking for a new vechicle my self so I will keep longwood kia in mind unless I need a truch then sorry have to go with Ford or Dodge More
