He asked who asked who I was there to see, showed me a seat, and said Terry would be right with me. Although Terry wasn't available to see me, Mr. Lawson took very good care of me on Terry's behalf. Their entire staff is very friendly, courteous, and listens to the buyers needs. They will do anything they can to help. My wife and I visited Orlando Kia North to look at a Kia Soul. We were greeted by Levan Irvin, who was knowledgeable and friendly. We were sold on the car and Levan helped to bring the final price of the car down to what we wanted. When we had to go get a check for the car, he even let us take one of their test drive models because our car's AC was out. Overall we had a great experience from Levan and the rest of the staff. I was shopping for a used car for my daughter and decided on a late model Hyundai Sonata. This dealership had the vehicle I wanted and, after reasonable negotiations, I got it for a low price. Delivery was smooth and the finance manager did not push me to buy the extended warrantees and extra services I did not want. Overall a very easy buying experience. More
