Flay provided excellent service. I was updated about my vehicle regularly and was shown patience and respect in an intense situation. I was not pleased that my engine needed to be replaced in a 23 Kia Sportage but the experience was tolerable because of the way Flay handled the situation from the time I dropped the vehicle off to when it was ready to be picked up.
