I had a wonderful experience at Kia North. I spoke with Noah, a very accommodating representative. Although, I was informed the Shuttle service for transport already ended for the day. This was the best experience ever having my car serviced! ! Lisan listened to me, checked around my car with me, explained that the tires were wearing and how a diagnostic would work and be charged if ne ! He even brought out Jennifer, who was also very knowledgeable and friendly to be sure I understood before agreeing to service. Then they arranged a shuttle home and back with a pleasant driver. I was very pleased to find I didn’t need any diagnostics, financially and just to know the car was still okay. Lisan even went over the bill at the cashier’s office. And she (the cashier) pointed out that I may want to use a different card to avoid charges for credit. I wish I had thought to ask them if extended warranties were worth getting.
