Concerned that the Pre-Maintenance policy ended up costing me $375 per oil change and $375 per tire rotation. My son-in-law stopped by the evening of Jan 29 to discuss my issue - and the Asst Svc Mgr costing me $375 per oil change and $375 per tire rotation. My son-in-law stopped by the evening of Jan 29 to discuss my issue - and the Asst Svc Mgr was useless and rude. Two service appts was all the excessive $1500 policy covered. I Went in on Jan 30 to discuss and cancel all policies as I had no faith in the validity of them. Cancelled 2 policies even tho the $1500 will probably result in no refund. The Jan 30 visit with the GM provided me an opportunity to express my concerns. No refund offered on my Jan 28 service visit - But assured me that the next 3 oil/tire rotations will be at no cost to me. And he advised me that Finance can no longer offer the $1500 plan that I had unwittingly purchased (and there had been other complaints). I did advise the GM that I was extremely disappointed in this. And had Finance (the director who told me he was new and wasn't authorised to make decisions; would talk to the GM Friday) handled my issue on Wednesday Jan 28 when I brought it up I would not have had to return on Friday to speak with Finance and the GM. The GM was as expected cordial; expressed some level of concern over his staff and the perception they conveyed of poor customer service. My trust level has eroded and felt like my Jan 28 concern with Finance was blown off. And as this is my 4th Kia (and second vehicle from Greenway - the first my new Ford Sport Trac in 2002). Truly disappointed. Would like to think that my concern will change policy and thought process and change the way customer concerns are handled but have More

He helped assess and explain everything needed for the car and gave very reasonable and helpful inputs on what the car needed to be in perfect condition, and he would consistently update me on the vehicle car and gave very reasonable and helpful inputs on what the car needed to be in perfect condition, and he would consistently update me on the vehicle and let me know in person if something needed my attention.
