While the service employee kept me updated on my vehicle, it took 3 hours to complete my service request when I was told 1-1.5 hours. I had gone to get recalls done, and I swear I got the car back in worse condition than I brought it. Now my car makes noises, they left a tool on my headlight, and left random light bulbs in my car. They uncovered some parts in my trunk and left all the areas open (I literally have a battery back there and they did not put the cover back on). Not only after this, but now I’m hounded my messages asking to leave a review. I thought about getting other services done here however after these findings I’ve decided not to. More
