Alberto, Thanks for your response. Apparently you did not take my previous response as constructive criticism. ?? I’ll be glad to speak with you personally/privately as you requested. In fairness I should point out that we not only purchased a Kia from your dealership, we also purchased a Lexus from the Wesley Chapel dealership the next week. Maybe it’s not fair to compare the two dealerships. But, the purchase, car/dealer preparation, delivery and follow up after the sale could not be any different. I could go on and on. Hopefully, you get the picture. As a note: I’m still finding plastic wrap on the Telluride brake pedal, gas pedal, under the floor mats and I’m still waiting for the in residence vehicle training as promised. Feel free to give me a shout to discuss further.

I took my car in for the 3/4 recalls they did what they wanted and and didn’t fix them all I asked them clearly have all the recalls been fixed they lied and said yes now I have to take my car back to Kia More
