Our salesman Kerem was wonderful. The finance guy I would give a minus 12 if that was an option. Not friendly, not welcoming, not nice, I would say rude. Service advisor Elizabeth was awesome and helped me keep costs at a minimum to get my Sorento’s issues resolved! Garrett the courtesy shuttle driver was delightful and gave me a safe ride home while the ser costs at a minimum to get my Sorento’s issues resolved! Garrett the courtesy shuttle driver was delightful and gave me a safe ride home while the service was taking place. I did ask for the team to look at my ABS and Collision avoidance system due to the warning lights being on but time ran out so I had to go back a second time the following week. Arrive advisor Marty was quick to get me in the queue during the visit and only took an hour to diagnose the problem. Sadly the parts needed to remedy the issue needed to be ordered so I’ll have to go back a third time but hopefully that visit will be swift as well! More
