Service advisor Elizabeth was awesome and helped me keep costs at a minimum to get my Sorento’s issues resolved! Garrett the courtesy shuttle driver was delightful and gave me a safe ride home while the ser costs at a minimum to get my Sorento’s issues resolved! I did ask for the team to look at my ABS and Collision avoidance system due to the warning lights being on but time ran out so I had to go back a second time the following week. Arrive advisor Marty was quick to get me in the queue during the visit and only took an hour to diagnose the problem. Sadly the parts needed to remedy the issue needed to be ordered so I’ll have to go back a third time but hopefully that visit will be swift as well! More

### Review of Kia Greenway West I bought my car last year at Kia Greenway West and brought my family this year to purchase another. The whole process was a nightmare. The salesmen constantly changed the year at Kia Greenway West and brought my family this year to purchase another. The whole process was a nightmare. The salesmen constantly changed their story every time they went to the back office. After we got the car and went home, they called us to bring it back because the documents weren't sent on time. We ended up with another car that we weren't satisfied with. I was also supposed to receive a $200 referral bonus, but I never got it. Despite calling multiple times over four months, they couldn't locate it. The salesmen are liars and don't care about you once the sale is made. The new staff is really bad compared to last year's team. I do not recommend getting a car here. If you really want a Kia, take your business to Kia North. More
