I think that the service rep thought it was being funny, but really his jokes were kind of rude. When I picked up my car, I got a checklist of red, yellow and green things that were inspected, but in all th but really his jokes were kind of rude. When I picked up my car, I got a checklist of red, yellow and green things that were inspected, but in all the times I spoke to him, he never once mentioned any of the red or yellow items that I probably could’ve had fixed while My car was there so now I guess I’m supposed to pay another $275 to bring my car back to have those same things fixed that they could’ve taken care of then. I won’t be bringing my car back. I’ll go back to the location that I usually go to. More
