ZERO COMMUNICATION. They don't test drive the car at check in to see what the problems are. had the shuttle take me home. I texted Jessica she didn’t text me back so I called she said my recall is taking a while. Ok cool no problem. I texted her asking what time the shuttle service stops running. She never texted me back. I called the service line she said she don’t know but she thinks 5:30 or 6:00. She took my number down and she she’ll call me back. She never did. I texted Jessica 40 mins after she sent me a text saying the car is ready. This is ridiculous I had to pay $20 for a Uber when I was trying to get a ride with the shuttle before it stopped running. I don’t understand what’s the point of having a text chat with the representative if she’s not going to use it. More
