Marti was very quick with getting me in for my appointment at 8:30am. I was in a rush for work and wanted to drop my car quickly. The customer in front of me was moving slow causing me to be anxio appointment at 8:30am. I was in a rush for work and wanted to drop my car quickly. The customer in front of me was moving slow causing me to be anxious. He was very patient with the customer who repeatedly asked the same question (that he answered more than once). He had a smile on his face and handled her very well. When he got to me he made me smile and take my mind off the fact the customer was cutting into the little time I had.
