I'm still not satisfied with the repairs, as my car is still leaking oil. Also everything that's wrong with car is misleading because I've never had problems with my car until you guys install the motor. I can't drive my car for worry about the worst. There's a warranty on my car so this should be taken care of so I don't ride out the motor. If this process takes more than a day, I should be covered for rental car service as well.

We both know that is not true. With how the format of the paperwork is setup when negotiating back and forth with the “guy behind the desk” and having the salesman be the “middleman” pretending to be on “your” team. The system is not setup for transparency, its setup to overcharge and have the dealership and lenders they partner with to win as much as possible, and we both know that. You dont “strive” you just do the job good enough to not get fired not caring how much you overprice the vehicles and the add-ons.
