While most of the employees were pleasant enough (Jeremy, Diego, Ricardo, etc.), I feel like this experience was far below typical expectations. They don't really abide by the traditional value of respectin Diego, Ricardo, etc.), I feel like this experience was far below typical expectations. They don't really abide by the traditional value of respecting customers. The car that I bought was priced well, and having done the research, I ventured to buy the vehicle. After test driving the vehicle, I made a fair offer on the car, but was told that they were not budging on the price. Ultimately, after more conversation, I relented and agreed to their price, particularly since I knew the price was fair. When I agreed on the price, I told the GM that I was preapproved for a specific, low interest rate, and the GM told me that he could only sell me the car at that price if I financed with him. I said if he could meet the same interest rate, I would be happy to finance through the dealer. He said that they would either get to that rate or work something out. The whole time, the GM was telling me that he was taking a loss on this vehicle and wasn't making any money. (If anyone believes that a car dealer is going to unload a vehicle and make NOTHING or lose money, that defies credulity.) In any event, I agreed and put down a deposit. When I came back to finalize the deal, I even did so a day later at the request of the sales staff, who were not there the day I wanted to finalize the deal. When I arrived to finish the transaction, I reminded the finance manager that I was preapproved for a good rate; he said I think we can beat it or get close. Well, when the paperwork came through, they didn't beat it, and were higher than my rate. He tells me that they could meet my rate if I purchased more backend items from them (warranty, maintenance plan, etc.), but that if I didn't finance through them, they would have to add over $1500 to the price of the car!!! What kind of customer service is that? Given that I needed a car immediately and thought that I had a deal, I had little choice but to eat the higher rate and pay more money. Then, to add insult to injury, when I asked for a spare key, I was told that there was none available. Also, when I asked about floor mats, I was told that they were not included in the price of the car, and that they couldn't just take them from some other vehicle. This was followed with a fairly apathetic, "Sorry." They couldn't do those small things for me when I am spending my hard earned money with them, but they were sure to place an advertisement for them on the back of my car - a license plate holder, which I promptly trashed as soon as I got home. I understand that car dealers are in business to make money, but return business is one way that they could achieve that; they missed that chance with me. I will never buy from them again. (And, for context sake, I had bought my last three vehicles from the Ford dealer in Ft. Meade, and would have done so again if Ford still actually had a car [not truck] inventory,) I am just utterly disappointed that the process was so negative, because it didn't have to be. I felt used, stuck, and unappreciated. Thankfully, I live out of town, and I won't be back. More
I purchased a 2023 Kia Telluride on February 3rd from Greenway Kia West. The vehicle itself was great and the transaction seemed to proceed smoothly at the beginning. However, Greenway Kia West has faile Greenway Kia West. The vehicle itself was great and the transaction seemed to proceed smoothly at the beginning. However, Greenway Kia West has failed to submit the paperwork to my county clerk in Tennessee for registration. I made attempts to contact the company on February 27th, March 1st, March 3rd, and today, March 7th to attempt to remedy the situation. Each attempt at contacting them has involved speaking with multiple individuals who transfer me to others who don't answer their phones and have a full voicemail. Anytime I ask to leave a message, no one calls me back. I have managed to speak with a few sales folks including Jonathan (my sales person) who say they will try to help but no action. I have been able to speak with Farid, the finance manager I worked with on the sale on 3 occasions over the past week but again no action. On February 27th, he told me it was all electronic and would be done the next day--it was not. Then on March 3rd he said they were having trouble with my paperwork and would next day air me another temporary registration before mine expired on March 4th. It is now March 7th and I have not received the promised temporary tag. On March 7th, I again spoke with Farid who indicated he would contact me by the end of the day with the resolution. He did not. All it would take to resolve this issue is for the dealership to send the necessary paperwork (eg., certificate of origin, bill of sale, sales tax) to my county clerk in TN. As is, I now possess a very nice vehicle which is illegal to drive on the road. More
Do not under any circumstances give these people a deposit for a vehicle that they will "order" for you. In July of 2022 I was told that they had ordered a vehicle for me and needed a deposit to "hold deposit for a vehicle that they will "order" for you. In July of 2022 I was told that they had ordered a vehicle for me and needed a deposit to "hold" the vehicle for me and that it would be available in 3 months( more or less) 7 months later a different year vehicle with a bunch of stuff I did not order and none of the equipment I did order came in. I asked for my deposit back and was told nope, even though this was not the vehicle they had supposedly "ordered" for me. I contacted KIA America and they said dealerships can do what they want so dealerships not honoring their agreement is fine with them.I am not surprised at KIA America since they said they would urge their dealerships not to price gouge but almost every KIA dealer was charging about $10,000 over MSRP. as a "price adjustment". Buyer beware! I didn't actually work with Mr. Ahumada. He responded to a google review I posted asking me to get in touch with him concerning the review. I sent him 2 emails and got no response from him so his "concern" is for show only. More

Javier Diaz took over from a sales consultant that was helping us on 12/21, and he was awful.
