They let my car be in their shop, a whole month before calling the warranty department, to see if the warranty to would cover, a engine that they may have lied about just to steal/ own my car.. My car grew storage fee’s before the warranty was even called and the warranty didn’t cover it, so green way Kia expected for me to pay thousand of storage fees for broken down car the warranty wouldn’t cover. I let messages for the manager, that never called me.. More

I brought my vehicle to service for next day drop off, however, Elizabeth advised me she could get my car in while I waited instead of having to come back the next day.
