BEWARE! Do Not Buy From Here DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! We went in on a Sunday and drove off the lot with a beautiful brand new KIA Sorento. Drove this car for a week. On Friday DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! We went in on a Sunday and drove off the lot with a beautiful brand new KIA Sorento. Drove this car for a week. On Friday they called and said return the car because they could not find a lender. Who lets people drive off of their lot with a new car before they are financed?? We had no idea we were not financed yet. My family is absolutely heart broken. They should have never let us drive it off the lot and most defiantly not let us drive it for a week then tell us to return it. Additionally, they told us they were “running a special” that if you made a certain amount of money you were guaranteed financing and we make four times that amount. How can you run a special and not honor it? We told them we had poor credit and they said they ran our credit and we were approved to come pick out a car. I can only hope others read my review and do not go here for a vehicle. BEWARE when purchasing a “ new car “ with mileage on it because these cars probably have been sent home with families like mine, drove for a week and then sold as “ new” which they are not. More

They don't honor their promotions. I was told of a promotion when I called that said "If you make $350/week, we guarantee approval." I previously purchased a vehicle in June of 2017 and I was told of a promotion when I called that said "If you make $350/week, we guarantee approval." I previously purchased a vehicle in June of 2017 and even went so far as to inform them that this vehicle would be a second one if they could still offer the guaranteed approval. A salesperson told me that they'd need a co-signer but as long as I had one, I would still be guaranteed approval. I went in on a Sunday because they said I would still be driving off with a cat. I did drive out with a vehicle. A 2018 Sorento was my choice. THEN a week later, I'm told I'll have to return the vehicle because they couldn't secure a bank. My wife was devastated. She had "moved in" and got the vehicle all set up the way she liked it and now we're told we have to give it back. That's just not a good business practice. It's pretty terrible actually. More
