I was trading in a used Kia with an extended warranty that hadn't been used and they were unable to cancel the policy and apply it towards the purchase of my new Kia. Considering they pretty much made me buy another extended warranty policy, it didn't go over well. So a few days later I take my paperwork over to the Kia dealership that originally sold me the unused extended warranty. They were delighted to cancel the policy but could not explain why the other dealership was unable to. They may be different dealerships, but they are owned by the same entity. They were also not able to tell me how much money I will get back, and to top it off that I wouldn't receive a check until 4-6 weeks have gone by. So I bought a car without knowing how much the warranty costs, and not knowing how much I am to expect back. This is really not a way to do business. Why do I have to drive 20 miles and pay $10 in tolls to go to a dealership to cancel a warranty? Couldn't you have made some phone calls, sent some faxes, emails, and gotten it handled the day I was buying my car? I would have preferred to use the old extended warranty towards the downpayment of my new purchase. The sales staff were very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed Trenda's enthusiasm. I am very picky about what I wanted, and they only had one on the lot thst would fit what I wanted. Unfortunately, they had sold that car a day earlier. Trenda didn't try to put me in a car I wasn't going to buy. She tracked down a car I would buy, and had it delivered to the dealership. It took about an hour to get it there, and I loved it. Horrible customer service I bought my car from them back in 2014. On January 2017 I went to the dealership to cancel my Gap Insurance because II have the option to refinance my I bought my car from them back in 2014. On January 2017 I went to the dealership to cancel my Gap Insurance because II have the option to refinance my car and lower my interest by a lot. I filled the paperwork and they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to process and for the lending comoany to get the money from the cancellation. Here we are 3 and a 1/2 months later and nothing has happened. I have called countless times and there is never a person to answer my questions. I always get transferred to a voice-mail which is almost always full. I have emailed, text messaged, talked to their chat representative and nobody has called me at all. I even involved Kia USA and not even them have been able to get any information. I feel like they are playing with my money. Stay away from this dealership! More

Tried to get answers from finance manage and general manager ,can't leave a message because voice mail is full . When I did get thru they both said I'll look into it .... no one gets back to me!!! I know have the corp office involved .., Bettet business bureau is next. After the sale no one seems to care about us !!Stay clear of this dealership !! More

Upon buying car I questioned the tpms light being on was told it would go off that nothing was wrong reading the manual and taking it to Honda dealer was told sensor is bad needs fixed I called the salesman about it he told me they would fix it had to bring car here 4 times for the problem to be fixed waited over 4 hours for them to tell me it needed to come back we live 2 hours away and had to give up our day off 4 times for this and they did not offer anything for our inconvenience all I asked for was a wash, oil change, and a full tank of gas which they said I couldn't have all. Totally not happy and customer service is terrible they did absolutely nothing to makes us happy. Future cars won't be bought for this dealership nor any recommendations. Also car had recalls which Honda fixed that's who told me the sensor was bad. More
