Mike has a very likeable personality, great sense of humor and is not pushy! He helped us weigh our options and find the best car for our needs. He made the process of buying these cars a lot better. When it came time to meet the Finance Manager, David Andrew he also made the process smooth and really worked with us to get us the best deal. Yes it was time consuming but that is the nature of the beast with buying a car. He was also funny and has a great personality. Overall we had a great experience. I was happy when I left with my used Kia I was not happy the next day when I asked for a copy of the purchase order to present to my credit union. Listen to customers when they tell you that they have been pre-approved for financing and don't try to shove Kia Motor financing down their throat in order to improve your commission or gain a spiff. They were really busy and it was almost a full house with only one or two empty tables.. I met with Internet Sales Manager, Asli Bayazit. We spent about 20 minutes, walking through the car lots, looking at different models, their features and prices. She was very patient listening to my immediate needs, as well as what I want.
