So naturally I chose to come back to this dealership for a newer car. Michael Neura was the salesman I worked with this time. A very nice, soft spoken, but very knowledgeable gentleman. He was easy to talk to, and most importantly accommodating. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. I also had the pleasure of talking to Farid Nibrasse in the Finance dept. This is one happy guy! Even though youre dealing with the stressful part (Finance) of buying a car, you cant help but smile with him. An asset to the company. More

Car Lease I am looking to lease a new car. As I stopped by the dealership, was "greeted" what I guessed was a salesman, since the gentleman did not introduce h I am looking to lease a new car. Anyway, I mentioned I was interested to lease a car and the first thing the guy asked what my credit score was. I did not know (but I just checked online - 750). Well, of course, after that he was not very interested in helping me out. So I left and sure will never go back. Will lease from another dealer next door. Why someone would work as saleman if he does not want and seems not to be interested in selling? Kia should train/coach its employees better. More

We decided to give it a try and we ended up going to Orlando Kia West on 6/11/17. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sammy Sulaman, the sales rep. Sammy was very courteous and pleasant. His expertise in the KIA brand and models were exceptional. The managers appraised my car but what I owed and what I was getting was not feasible. My wife's and my credit situation was not all up to par. Sammy and his team were able to get us into a 2017 Kia Sorento. It did take about two weeks for everything to be finalized with the bank. But I have never been to a dealer where they trusted to give their customers a brand new car/truck to drive home. The finance manager Farid was AWESOME. Him and Sammy really took care of us in our time of need. I will definitely refer anyone to Orlando Kia West. Thank you to Sammy and his team, again. More
