Unacceptable treatment from the service department. Our car broke down on the 408 and had to be towed into the dealership. I called ahead to let them know it was coming. Our vehicle wasn't never given the simple diagnostic for over two business days. They had our car for two weeks. During this time, I had to make the vast majority of calls to find out where we were in the repairs process. We were told twice that a leader would call us back to address our concerns but we never received a call. We were never offered a loaner vehicle even though repaid would be over $700. I don't trust the service department and even though we love our Borrego, we will not purchase another Kia due to the treatment we received. They did listen to our concerns, but "the best they could do" to remedy the situation was far from acceptable. If you want to purchase or service a Kia, please take your business elsewhere to avoid undo hassle, disrespect and a great deal of excuses. More

I was trading in a used Kia with an extended warranty that hadn't The only complaint I have about my car buying experience involved the finance dept. I was trading in a used Kia with an extended warranty that hadn't been used and they were unable to cancel the policy and apply it towards the purchase of my new Kia. Considering they pretty much made me buy another extended warranty policy, it didn't go over well. So a few days later I take my paperwork over to the Kia dealership that originally sold me the unused extended warranty. They were delighted to cancel the policy but could not explain why the other dealership was unable to. They may be different dealerships, but they are owned by the same entity. They were also not able to tell me how much money I will get back, and to top it off that I wouldn't receive a check until 4-6 weeks have gone by. So I bought a car without knowing how much the warranty costs, and not knowing how much I am to expect back. This is really not a way to do business. Why do I have to drive 20 miles and pay $10 in tolls to go to a dealership to cancel a warranty? Couldn't you have made some phone calls, sent some faxes, emails, and gotten it handled the day I was buying my car? I would have preferred to use the old extended warranty towards the downpayment of my new purchase. The sales staff were very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed Trenda's enthusiasm. I am very picky about what I wanted, and they only had one on the lot thst would fit what I wanted. Unfortunately, they had sold that car a day earlier. Trenda didn't try to put me in a car I wasn't going to buy. She tracked down a car I would buy, and had it delivered to the dealership. It took about an hour to get it there, and I loved it. Went for a brief test drive and decided it was me. I bought the car, despite my misgivings with the finance manager. More

Horrible customer service I bought my car from them back in 2014. On January 2017 I went to the dealership to cancel my Gap Insurance because II have the option to refinance my I bought my car from them back in 2014. On January 2017 I went to the dealership to cancel my Gap Insurance because II have the option to refinance my car and lower my interest by a lot. I filled the paperwork and they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to process and for the lending comoany to get the money from the cancellation. Here we are 3 and a 1/2 months later and nothing has happened. I have called countless times and there is never a person to answer my questions. I always get transferred to a voice-mail which is almost always full. I have emailed, text messaged, talked to their chat representative and nobody has called me at all. I even involved Kia USA and not even them have been able to get any information. I feel like they are playing with my money. Stay away from this dealership! More
