Upon buying car I questioned the tpms light being on was told it would go off that nothing was wrong reading the manual and taking it to Honda dealer was told sensor is bad needs fixed I called the salesman about it he told me they would fix it had to bring car here 4 times for the problem to be fixed waited over 4 hours for them to tell me it needed to come back we live 2 hours away and had to give up our day off 4 times for this and they did not offer anything for our inconvenience all I asked for was a wash, oil change, and a full tank of gas which they said I couldn't have all. Totally not happy and customer service is terrible they did absolutely nothing to makes us happy. Future cars won't be bought for this dealership nor any recommendations. Also car had recalls which Honda fixed that's who told me the sensor was bad. More

Took advantage of my situation then care about my family. Terrible.. Me , my wife and kids(3)+1 walk in. My wife was pregnant at the time. All we had was to small cars. Baby was do soon. Need a Van. We will give you 8000 more than your car value. That didn't happen. We end up driving away in van. We had for about a week or two. Then they call.Oh, we finally got around to your paperwork. Come in. Price Change, payment went up. Didn't want to take my trade in. That's a whole other bill. 600 plus a month. I can't do that. You already have the Van Sir. So i took it. I was forced. The van smokes, door handle broken, thrid row seat flies forward when you press the brakes. Doesn't latch down. With my kid in it. No Rags. After 4 months of this extra bill.. we became homeless in the van was at home. Me, my wife (4) kids. Yeah. I talked to Manager there full of it. More
