Education on financing is poor here Bill Boyd was my sales person and I came in pre-approved financing from my credit union. He did not write in the necessary information the credit union required. The credit union branch manager suggested he was poorly trained and I agree. I've had the car for 6 days now and I had to go back and forth with the credit Union and this sales person to cut them a finance check because the salesman (Bill Boyd) didn't fax the credit union a sales sheet which they required. Instead he gave me some xxxx and bull story about the financing needed to go through kia's bank for 2 days. Non-sense!, I paid $4000 down in cash and used my credit union, NOT THEIR BANK....My insurance company still doesn't have the paper work from Kia either. I guess I'll have fix that too. I wish I had never come to this dealership. I still don't know what my monthly payments are because KIA can't do simple things!.....Avoid this place. The communication from the sales people and the finance manager is poor, very poor. One end has no clue what the other end is doing. They are confused More

A Great Experience! I had a great experience with my sales person, Devon King. I was a little skeptical at first due to the negative equity in my trade and my low credit I had a great experience with my sales person, Devon King. I was a little skeptical at first due to the negative equity in my trade and my low credit score. But they made it happen for me. I told Devon what I wanted and they were diligent about making it happen. They got me financed at a reasonable rate considering my current situation. I now have a brand new 2017 Kia Forte. Thanks to Devon King my sales person and to Duric the finance manager for your professionalism, courtesy, and your diligence in getting me out the vehicle I was in!!! More

I walked in with no hope and faith of getting a new vehicle specially since i had a trade in. He assured me from the moment I walked in I would be fine. He went above and beyond to help me out.
