Visited Saturday - we had a trade in with about 7k negative equity - Troy recommended an awesome vehicle that we thought we be impossible to get approved for - we took the car home saturday - returned negative equity - Troy recommended an awesome vehicle that we thought we be impossible to get approved for - we took the car home saturday - returned sunday for the fun part (Finances) - took a long time to be seen...they were busy - our turn came and Hicham was friendly and funny - we all know buying a car is not fun - takes time, and often feels one sided...we were at 507 and then that number wouldnt work....we were at a lease and then we couldnt get a lease cause we were too much debt to income - payment kept going up...then it was 679 - which included GAP - we were about to bolt, take back our trade in - we went back and forth,..got down to 650 with Gap...though we didn't want GAP, cause we didn't want to pay for it...we feel glad to have it...also glad we are not leasing..ended up purchasing with GAP and a final payment of 650 - we love the car...I am sure we could have paid less,..but it is what it is..the guys at the dealership were great to deal with. More

I have purchased over a dozen new cars in the past and by far, this has been the best experience I have ever had. When I came there, I fully expected to have to negotiate, argue fight and walk away a few tim far, this has been the best experience I have ever had. First, I was quickly and automatically greeted by Abdelhak Naha. His accent is very thick but he was very, very, very pleasant and very, very, very patient with me. I felt like he really bent over backwards and went the extra mile with extra help from Hamza Ammor to get my interest rate low, not quite satisfied with the payments but I know it's not their fault, it was due to my credit score. But they all (Hamza, Naha & David) explained to me how to re-finance after one year of good payment status to lower my payments which was agreeable. I'm very happy, I was taken care of right away and I wasn't there all day & night long. They explained everything to me thoroughly & where I can understand. They didn't mind repeating themselves if I wasn't clear on something. They were all very patient. I really appreciated that. Those 3 guys each have a special but different gift.
