Sam was a great person to work with. She told us she was new to the Kia dealership but we would have never known that. She was very knowledgeable about the car and its features, answered every question we new to the Kia dealership but we would have never known that. We live over 60 miles away so we had to wait for the weekend. She gave us all the information she could over the phone and was waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership. We purchased a 2014 Kia Forte. If it wasn't for Alexandra we would have walked out. We stood at the reception area for almost 10minutes . A group of salesmen just walking past us. When I walked into the showroom, Jorge saw me and came up and greeted me, like we were friends, and shook my hand. When he asked what he could do for me, I told him I wanted a SUV, not sure if I wanted new and greeted me, like we were friends, and shook my hand. He walked me around and explained the differences between the different models and gave me suggestions and answered - very patiently - all my questions. I brought my wife when she got off of work and Jorge explained the differences to her and took us on two test drives. His salesmanship was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I'm thrilled to say that we agreed on a new 2014 Sorento and walked out very happy. The manager, Alberto Ahumada was very pleasant and came over immediately when he was summoned. We wanted to affirm that Jorge was a great salesman. We like Kia and intend on buying all of our cars here. More
