Went back Tuesday night with a down payment and worked with Derrick again. He help make the process simple after a test drive we filled out the paper work and left with our new to us car. The reason we came back to Orlando Kia West was due to Derricks willingness to give us the information we needed without the added pressure of a sale. His attitude and work ethic are an asset to Orlando Kia West. The next time I buy a car I will be coming back to Orlando Kia West. Well we (my boyfriend and I) went just to see the cars because of the advertising I heard on the radio. When we went we where immediately greeted and escorted to see the cars by Michael. All I wanted was because of the advertising I heard on the radio. When we went we where immediately greeted and escorted to see the cars by Michael. All I wanted was to see a car since I did not go prepared to buy one. All we had was $350 in our savings because our pay dates were in tree days. Our credit is poor so we knew that we where not going to be able to get financing approval. I mean awful poor "even a homeless has better credit than me". So yeah, Michael went away to apply us for financing. I felt desperate and anxious, literally biting my nails, even when I knew that we where not going to get approved. Michael came back with a smirk on his face, sat down, and yes, we where approved... So wow! Shocked! and definitely not prepared! Amazingly he worked something out for us. And after several hours of looking through different insurances, we found one and used our money for the down payment of the insurance. By the time we finished with the insurance, the banks had closed and there was no time to submit the loan. So I thought we where going to have to come back another day. And I'm the kind of person that I over think things and when I do, I repent. But even before letting me think a little, they where putting the paper tag on the car. They let us take the car. Who does that? Yeah I know what they where doing, that was the strategy, to make us fall in love. lol. After a couple of days, when we went to finalize the papers, Mr. David Andrews saw that we where going to pay too much, and he got to work something out to help us. Can you believe that he got us even a smaller payment that what we agreed for in the beginning? Yeah a lot less, with our bad credit, and our high interest rate. I'm still in shock. This dealer is amazing, I totally recommend it. And believe me when I say, my boyfriends car; we are buying it there next time... More
