How come service department is close at weekend when we are able to set appointment.in USA we work five business days.so,its impossible to go for service on weekdays. How lucky were we when Scott greeted us. He was sincere, friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle we came to look at. I started at the dealership with a test drive. Joseph was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features of the vehicle. After I'd had a week to research cars and prices, he followed up on the very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features of the vehicle. After I'd had a week to research cars and prices, he followed up on the phone. When I explained exactly what I wanted, he gave me a quote that was right in line with local prices. We completed the deal the same day at the dealership. The staff was competent and thorough. They took the time to research a financing rebate I had located, which saved me hundreds of dollars. When I wasn't thrilled with the color of the quoted car when I actually saw it, Joseph found me an identical car in a color I liked better. With David at the wheel, the financing went through with no surprises. They even loaned me somebody to drive my old car home. Overall, an excellent experience buying an excellent vehicle at a great price. Thanks, gang! More
