They really helped him out in a major way considering his credit wasn't that great. They explained e logistics of finance world which made our decision easier to make on how we would go about purchasing the car. I just wanna thank you guys for your hard work and being so great! I love my Kia and it was great to see the smile on my brother and his wife face. They went from owning a broken down car to getting a new car! I was blown away at the level of customer service I received at all levels. Our sales rep Gus responded very quickly to all our questions. He had a very warm and friendly personality. I would highly recommend Mark and Alberto to seal the deal with anyone to work out something that may fit their needs. Mark didn't give us any BS and seemed like a regular guy, not just some salesman.
