These guys took awesome care of me. My sales consultant was Rick and he did everything possible to get me approved for a 2013 Kia Optima. I visited Kia North in Longwood and they couldn't get me approved b was Rick and he did everything possible to get me approved for a 2013 Kia Optima. They were very patient with me and worked with me throughout the whole process. They were very friendly and made me laugh when I was getting stressed out (not because of them). THESE PEOPLE PUT YOU IN A CAR MAKE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THE VEHICLE THEN LIE TO YOU THAT YOU WHERE APPROVED JUST TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU WERNT LATER AND TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU AND A CO-SIGNER. We previously bought a 2013 Kia Soul in Kansas before moving to Orlando. In the last month, I went to Orlando Kia West and have purchased 2 used Kias. The one highlight is Rolando Ferrer. He went out of his way to help, was an excellent salesman, not pushy and a joy to work with. That is the only positive about this dealership. When we bought the first car for my daughter, the bulb was out of the headlight when we drove it off the lot. When my son-in-law contacted the services department he was told that it didn't matter that it wasn't working when driven off after the purchase, we would be charged $45 to fix it. I didn't know this or I wouldn't have set foot in the place the next week to purchase the next Kia that my husband wanted. My husband is severely handicapped. This dealership wouldn't make any accomidations for him. He stood in the lobby on crutches for over 2 hours because once in a chair it is very difficult to get out. Then he had to go back the next day, where the attitude continued. In Wichita, the dealer was so kind to bring the papers to our house for signatures. I don't expect this in Orlando, but would it have killed them to bring them out to the car? More
