From the beginning, Donnie Wilson (Inter net Sales Manager) kept me inside the "loop" of what was going on at all times. Whether it was sending me text about the next steps or calling me just to make sure that I had no other questions. Coming into the office, the staff of Orlando Kia West were very friendly and outgoing when it came to assisting me. Even watching them interact with other customers, I knew that this is where I wanted to make my big purchase. With the much appreciated help of Nathaniel Hney as well, I finally decided on a 2015 Kia Rio LX and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. When it came to financing, I had the pleasure of working with Anas Lazzar. This guy was simply amazing. Since this was my first time buying a car, I needed a co-signer and Anas worked around my work schedule as well as my mom's to ensure that everything was in place for the banks to approve the loan. This even meant him staying past his scheduled time on several occasions to make sure that everything was good to go. When it came to the day to finalize paperwork, he spent the time explaining everything in detail to where I could understand and I greatly appreciate it. Unbelieveable I found a 2009 Chevy Impala with 48,500 miles on the internet for $10,858.00 listed as BLUE in color. I called them and someone went out to the car an I found a 2009 Chevy Impala with 48,500 miles on the internet for $10,858.00 listed as BLUE in color. I called them and someone went out to the car and told me it was actually white with brown leather interior. I called the dealership the following morning to let them know I was coming from Cocoa to Orlando (42 miles) to get it. I got there and they told me it was BLUE again. Then manager John Daniel told me he was not going to sell me the car as it needs tie rods and the oil pan gasket along with some other issues like a broken motor mount and new front tires. Then he showd me a list of repairs and an estimate for $2800.00 I told him that was at least $1200 more than I should have to pay and I wanted MY service tech. Joe Teresi to do the work. He said I would have to sign a waiver and there would be no warranty. Also that the car would be sold "AS IS" to which I agreed. So I took the car to my auto repair shop off Clearlake Rd. in Cocoa. I found out that it needs struts not tie rods. Then i found out it needs a crankshaft seal not an oil pan gasket and the repairs would be $970.00 not $2800.00. So after I get 2 new Goodyear Intregrity Tires for the front, and do the wheel alignment for $330.00, the grand total was $1300.00 not $2800.00. thats a $1500.00 differance not the $1200.00 I was guessing AND I got the right issues fixed not the wrong ones. Joe treats me GREAT and he does not disrespect my girlfriend of over 10 years like the guy who works at Orlando Kia West (who i think is David Andrews) did by giving her "Dirty Looks" while we filled out paperwork and they detailed the car as we waited for 4 hours. Farid Nibrasse the sales associate was GREAT! He needs a promotion AND/OR a raise in pay in my opinion, for if it were not for his composure we would have "WALKED OUT" Patty the receptionist was very pleasant as well. More

Asli is the sweetest ,warm hearted kind woman. I think we just happened to go there at end of Month and in the rush of her trying to achieve her goal of car sales. Some of our paperwork had gotten lost ,misplaced and unfortunetly caused us to miss a flight, And be poor ,for a week because :our down payment check was mistakenly deposited ahead of schedule and caused numerous over draft fee's. An unfortunate human error. But ...Do know they took care of problem and were very sympathetic. But I have to Honestly say they are Tolerant, Honest, Hard working , Caring people. I Love My KIA.
