I visited Orlando Kia after a poor experience with another Orlando area Kia dealership. Anas was very welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in providing a high quality experience. That peace of mind holds much more value than the few dollars extra that I might have spent. Vahid was great! I was in need of a used vehicle due to a major accident and I was without any personal means of transportation, but my budget was extremely limited. He was very efficient when going throug a major accident and I was without any personal means of transportation, but my budget was extremely limited. He was very efficient when going through their inventory so as not to waste my tome if there was nothing in my price range. He saw that they had one vehicle very close to my price range, just a little over after taexes and fees would be added (he did the full cost estimate for me so I could see what my final cost would be, which was very nice). He was honest about the background of the vehicle since it was a used car, and told me that the radio system may not work due to the previous owner removing all the extra sound equipment that they had installed in the car, luckily when we took it for a test drive, the sound worked fine. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Vahid was very nice and helpful and drove me to my bank so that I could get a check written out. But the best part was that he was able to work with the price a little and get it down to just under my budget limit! It was a huge relief to be able to afford a car on the budget I had! Vahid and Orlando KIA West gave me a wonderful experience for my first car purchase. More
