The first time I went to the dealer I was so scared, I has never bought a car on my own. The 1st person that came up to me was Anas, very nice young man! He asked me what I was looking for & then we walke has never bought a car on my own. The 1st person that came up to me was Anas, very nice young man! He asked me what I was looking for & then we walked around the dealer & and he showed me everything you can think of. Then we went inside & he introduced me to Juan, an amzing man. That same day I tried one of their cars in the lot & they let me take it home to make sure it was the car that I wanted & to show it to my daughters. When I took it back I wanted to try another car & I tried the Sorento I loved the car!!!! I took it home with that day. When we started talking about numbers, they NEVER made me feel like I had to buy it. On the other hand they wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the payment. They worked MAGIC with me. If you are looking for a car, I can honestly tell you that you shouldnt go anywhere else than this dealer. A couple of weeks after I bought the car I stopped by to say hi and when they saw me, thay stopped doing what they were doing & came up to me to say Hi & to make sure everything was going well. When I went to KIA West early this month, I only wanted to browse around. The sales person took the time to show me around, was very friendly.
