Luis was just new but was able to go through everything I needed and if for any reason did not know something care I received from Jessie and Luis. On the other hand Jessie was also very knowledgeable and went through step by step at the end with everything was done that day on the services of my car and what I need it to look forward for the next upcoming visit. Kudos to the Manager Gabriel as well that was able to come over and make sure to check if I need it anything else. I drive from Groveland all the way to this location because I had receive the services that many other Kia's unfortunately does not have anymore when it comes to customer service.
