When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with a nice greeting and welcome. I asked for a person who spoke Spanish. They introduced me to Ivan. He was very kind and cordial in the presentation. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him that I had seen a 2023 Hyundai Tucson on the Capital One Loan Car application. He went to get it for me to see and take the test drive. After the test drive we sat down to begin the application and loan approval process. He checked for the loan and came to the table with good news. You are approved. He gave me a good deal with the promissory note since my credit is not very good but I liked it and I took advantage of it to restore my credit. Mr. Ivan is a great salesman, kind, courteous and was there at all times during the transaction. The dealer was also very kind at all times until the process was closed. Él fue muy amable y cordial en la presentación. Me preguntó que lo que Yo buscaba y le dije que había visto por la aplicación de Capital One Loan Car una Hyundai Tucson 2023. El fue a buscarla para que la viera e hiciera la prueba de manejo. Después de la prueba de manejo nos sentamos para comenzar los trámites de la aplicación y aprobación del préstamo. Él verificar por el préstamo y llego a la mesa con buenas noticias. Estas aprobado. Me dio un buen deal con el pagaré ya que mí crédito no esta muy bueno pero me gustó y lo aproveche para restaurar mi crédito. El Sr Ivan es un gran vendedor, amable, cortez y estuvo todo momento de la transacción. También el dealer fue muy amable en todo momento hasta que se cerró el proceso. Lo recomiendo a mis amistades. THE CALLINE ME CRAZY, THE SAYING "SEE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ". JESSIE. WHO IS THEY? YEAH...PEOPLE OF COLOR IS THEY. I DO NOT TOLERATE ANY LEVEL OF DISRESPECT AND HONESTLY...I WISH I NEVER DEALT WITH JESSIE. FROM DAY ONE HE PUSHED ME OFF ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER. THEN IN AN ATTEMPT TO RUSH ME AWAY, HE SAID OH THIS IS ABOUT THE KIA SOUL...WRONG VEHICLE. IM TRYING TO GET HIS ATTENTION AND I BECOME THE VILLAIN?!??!?!?! NO. UNACCEPTABLE. More
