This dealership is the worst in customer service. I dropped my car off for service. They called an hour before they closed and they didn’t mention they were closing soon. Absolutely terrible service department! I've been 4 times. Shame on me for going that many times. First time they charged me $150 for an oil change that I could get at Valvoline for $50 I've been 4 times. Shame on me for going that many times. First time they charged me $150 for an oil change that I could get at Valvoline for $50. I complained and they gave me a free coupon. Next 2 service apts were "fine". Today, they hosed me again! Told me $485 for a 15k service. They were supposed to deduct for a service coupon I have for a free oil change, a free air cabin filter and another for -$10.00 off. Somehow that new math cost me over $500! No one could explain and after 30 minutes of discussion, they knocked $15 off! I should have known better because I bought my car there and the finance manager was TERRIBLE too! Total bait and switch. The final "deal" was nothing like what they quoted. Total rip off. Terrible. I will never go there again, even to use my free oil change coupons. RUN THE OTHER WAY!! More
