No need to apologize now the damage is already done. I spent the whole weekend without a car. What kind of a dealership is that ONLY the service manager to have access to his department and no one else. If your staff had informed me they were getting ready to close I would leave work earlier. I tried to communicate with them by asking for an update around 1pm I didn’t get a response. When I came to pick up my car on Monday no one said anything to me. It seemed like nothing happened.

Absolutely terrible service department! I've been 4 times. Shame on me for going that many times. First time they charged me $150 for an oil change that I could get at Valvoline for $50 More
