Probably my worst experience in a dealership. Three times trying to fix an odd and annoying suspension noise on my 2023 Kia forte. Second time they set my appointment but that day their Master tech was absent, so nobody was certified to check my car. Suddenly a service advisor came to me to tell me it's a tire noise! Really??? Oh almost forgot, they ruined my headliner with grease!!! I really like Kia, it's my fourth car Ina row and I really believe the brand deserve better dealerships. Poor experience! More
