The reception at the Service Department was prompt and courteous. Ashley was attentive and kept me informed of the progress as I waited for a tire repair issue. Jason was awesome. He worked hard to get us what we needed. He was very responsive. We got a great deal, great car at a great price. We almost walked out. But after the warranty section he was back to being extremely friendly and helpful. other than the finance, I have nothing negative to say. Sold me a protection package I did not want and expressly refused. Then lied and said it could not be cancelled (I contacted the company and they sent the cancellation to the dealer who refused to process it refused. Also gave me the WRONG CAR that I drove for a week without knowing it (improperly registered and insured) Avoid them at all cost. More
