Customer service was not up to par - no smile, talking firmly instead of being friendly and welcoming. Directing issues to customer support instead, isn’t this under one Kia umbrella? My experience with Kia has been the worst I’ve ever had with a car, and the entire situation has been incredibly frustrating. The first time the engine light came on, the dealership said it was just a sens with a car, and the entire situation has been incredibly frustrating. The first time the engine light came on, the dealership said it was just a sensor. A week later it returned, and they claimed it was the injector and performed a full body service. As soon as I picked up the car and drove across town, the light came on again, and this time they said it needed a full emissions cleaning. I picked it up yesterday, and for the third—and now fourth—time, the engine light has come back on. At this point, the constant inconvenience, the repeated misdiagnoses, and the fact that they still can’t figure out what’s wrong have pushed my patience to the limit. Because of this ongoing experience, I would never recommend Kia to anyone anymore. More

Very happy with the whole car buying experience at the dealership. Staff was very friendly. The vehicle exceeded my expectations.
