I had a wonderful experience at Carnival Kia of Franklin. Carlos was a great sales person and as he worked with us we had the privilege to meet the rest of the team and talk with them and learn about them. Each of them was very knowledgeable about the Kias and showed me everything I wanted to see. After buying the car, Carlos and Taylor hooked up my bluetooth and went over all the features with me a second time, including setting my Sirius radio to the stations I wanted. Buying a Forte was fun and I didn't have to go through the wringer to get what I wanted. It was the first dealership I went to and the first car I drove and I was hooked. If you don't at least stop and talk to the great folks there you are missing a great experience. More

Make sure you work with Skip when you go in. I could not be happier with Franklin Carnival Kia or my new Optima EX. My Optima not only looks GREAT, but it is loaded with all the options I could ask for, from dual zone climate control to leather, alloys, safety equipment and other "bells and whistles" that make driving fun. The style, ride and handling are equivalent to or surpass many much more expensive makes I shopped--a true value in today's car market. No wonder all of the auto enthusiast magazines are praising this new entry! (Beating out Honda Accord, I might add...) I HIGHLY recommend Chris Bostick's Carnival Kia to everyone who is looking for a great sales experience. I also recommend the Optima to those looking for a more-than-capable, sexy alternative to the boring designs of the other "mom-mobile" family sedans in the market today! More

I left there with a new truck for a price I could afford. I have already had a friend offer to buy it from me or take him up there so he can get a truck because I bragged so much on Carnival Kia.
